1. Services

•We provide wedding planning, décor, and related event management services as per the packages agreed with clients.

•Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

2. Bookings & Payments

•A non-refundable advance of 25,000 is required to confirm the booking.

•The balance amount must be paid as per the schedule mentioned in the invoice/contract.

•Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

•In case of cancellation by the client, the booking advance is non-refundable.

•If cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the event date, the client agrees to pay up to 100% of the total agreed amount, as most arrangements, vendor bookings, and resources would already have been allocated by then.

•If cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we will reschedule subject to availability, but refunds will not be guaranteed.

4. Client Responsibilities

•Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, permissions, and timely approvals for designs and plans.

•Any delay in approvals may affect execution timelines, for which we will not be held liable.

5. Decor & Venue Limitations

•Décor setup is subject to venue policies and permissions.

•Any additional costs charged by the venue (e.g., electricity, logistics, security deposits) must be borne by the client.

6. Liability

•We take utmost care in executing décor and planning, but we are not liable for:

•Third-party vendor delays or failures (e.g., caterers, artists, venues).

•Loss or damage of personal belongings at the event.

•Natural calamities, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

7. Photography & Promotion

•We reserve the right to use photographs/videos of our work at your event for our portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Governing Law

•These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
